Pleasantly surprised, menu has expanded to include a larger variety. The food was actually tasteful and not too greasy. The location is tucked away however very busy and not a very large dining room. This is a good location for carryout. Location was clean and kept up, food was constantly coming so the wait was not tremondous despite being busy.

As a veterinarian, it would be nice to wash my hands before my food. Your men’s facility is locked up for customers only, so I had to I had to order and pay, then bring my food into the facility with me in order to wash up

Food is good, but that’s expected from a large chain like Panda Express. The reason I rated it so low is because they have the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I had placed an order for pickup and when I got home I noticed one item was missing. It’s about $9-$10, so I called the restaurant to find out if I could get that item refunded. They never answered the phone. I called several times over 3 days and nothing. I even filled out their survey stating what I had experienced and received an email that I would receive a follow up call/message regarding my complaint. I’m still waiting.

The young lady who first helped me out served me like they were running out of rice meaning very little, I ordered beef broccoli and literally only gave me broccoli no meat and with the teriyaki chicken it seemed like she was county the pieces smh every other Panda Express service so well that you can have leftovers for dinner but not here !!

When ordering my food I was given a wrong side size and at check out they wanted to charge me for a bigger side. The Manager Leslie was extremely rude and very unprofessional. She was extremely upset and did not apologize for her workers mistake and instead yelled at me. She was not understanding of the situation and instead took it out in me. She did not try to compromise for the mistake they made with my order. This place has terrible costumer service!
