I ordered the family feast on Father’s day 2023 and I see that they changed the large carton sizes to a medium and the medium is a small. I will never ever spend another dime at this place. I understand raising your prices but changing the cartons all together is just wrong. The food is ok, not worth $100 for my family. Shame on you Panda Express shame on you.

The food is ok, not the worst Chinese food and not the best. Good option if you want a little of a few things instead of having to order a container. You will get a lot of the cheaper container filler fried rice or noodles. Place is kept clean and organized.

Food is good and place is clean but the young lady that was working the day I came in was super unprofessional and impatient when dealing with me, I was ordering 2 plates at a time and she seemed annoyed about it. Instead of being patient and trying to understand what I was trying to convey to her she got frustrated and visibly impatient and decided she didn’t want to deal with me anymore and handed me off to another worker.. Which is fine, I just think with a tiny bit of patience and maturity the transaction would’ve gone a lot smoothly. I’m afraid with the atmosphere of Karen’s acting entitled and being rude to food and service workers the need and importance of professionalism has gone extinct in a lot of business establishments, it’s always never okay to be rude or disrespectful to food and service workers who are just trying to perform their job duties but it’s also not okay to carry an unprofessional attitude and behave with tantrums with good customers who spends money and knows how to be respectful. The overall cleanliness and food was a 4 star for me but sadly I will be avoiding this location due to unwelcome like attitude.

I’ve been to many many Panda Express locations in the Bay Area during and before COVID. I understand that shipment and product shortages are a thing but every other location gives a way healthier amounts of food than this one even during times of shipping shortages. The employees barely fill up the rice or entrees, and even seem like they count the pieces of chicken. It’s ridiculous and I bite my tongue every time I or someone else orders from here because it’s like we’re barely getting any food at all.

Family feast has all large boxes items they only put half of each which can fit on a medium size, been ordering here before just recently they are cutting off portions, and feels like we just got robbed. Will not recommend this place go somewhere else.
