This place used to be good. For fast food Chinese anyways. The quality of food and service has dramatically fallen off and its not worth your time now. I just go to lily Kia or even city chopstix and it’s way better food for the same price.

We come here pretty often and service had been fast not friendly but at least they get us out the door in time for us to eat lunch and still have a few minutes to spare. The last 2 visits have been the worst of the worst, there seem to be 2 male new employees that just can’t keep up with the flow. I get that you have to learn somewhere but one guy is just plain out un-smart and had to be told what to do over and over again. The line was out the door but there’s no sense of urgency. Different time, another male employee seem to be counting the pieces of shrimp and chicken or any meat he puts on the plate which slows the process. Panda Express you guys need a new hiring crew!!

Another place that when I go to it I swear it’ll be the last time. Overpriced MSG Laden slop dished out by people who wish they were somewhere else to customers who wish they were somewhere else stand in line grab a tray four bucks for a Coke no thanks I’ll have water. Just say no to corporate Chinese food.

Giving 3 stars for the food and the employees that care. I don’t understand why they discontinued the beyond orange chicken, that’s why I came in. Last time I came in and asked about it they also got mad at me, similar to another lady’s review. Idk why?! They had that product so it’s fair of us as customer to ask about it! Now I just get sides (as a vegetarian) like the spring rolls and crab Rangoons.

I’ve tried Panda Expresses from LA to Nevada, and none of them have had worse customer service than this one. I ordered the walnut honey shrimp, and only got 5 pieces even though they still charge $1.50 extra. The staff are brainless and rude. Never coming back here.

Only one server, three people making food, and one gal changing out garbage/cleaning. Waiting 15 minutes in line just to get to the front. One of the food options was not ready so the gal asked if we wanted our food rung up and she would bring it out when ready. We waited for 15 more minutes as she was the only one preparing dishes and didn’t complete our order even with the item we were missing now full again. I went up to the front and asked what was going on and she didn’t apologize or say any words, just handed the food in a to-go bag over the counter and walked away to continue filling orders. I had to grab her again to get chopsticks in which she pointed by the register and said “go ahead and grab them they are by the register.” Not going to be a customer here unfortunately.

I work at the hospital just down the street night shift. There’s no cafeteria for us at those hours so what we bring is what we have. I planned ahead tonight to pick up Panda before work. As I walked in there were only 2 people ahead of me but the first guy was obviously ordering for a large group of at least 15 people. The gentleman even offered if someone else could take his order so that those in line behind him could be helped but the worker refused. I finally stepped forward and spoke to the worker that I had to get to work and would someone be able to help me? That if I can’t get served I won’t have food all night at work and haven’t eaten since last night. The worker refused to help me so I left with 15 minutes to find something else and get to work. When I left there were 12 people in line behind me all waiting. I will make it a point from now on to take my business elsewhere.

Came in and began to order, asked if they had the beyond chicken and the woman actually rolled her eyes, answered “no” and walked away. When she came back, I asked if they had not carried it here, and she answered that it had been discontinued in a tone needing to convey how irritated she was by my question. Based on this person’s outright rudeness, I probably should have left. Instead I asked for noodles, spring rolls and broccoli, I was given the most minuscule amount of noodles and 3 pieces of broccoli with some cabbage and 2 spring rolls in a bag. The cashier then charged for a plate… when I asked what I was getting, she told me the plate because if she were to charge me for what I got it would have been even more…wtf kind of scam is this place running? basically half a tiny bowl full of food and two little spring rolls for $12? If a customer is paying for a plate- give them a plate. Last dollar I will ever spend at Panda Express.
