The rice tastes bland and is not hot at all. Compared to other restaurants in the mall, Panda Express usually has friendlier employees. I have often frequented this restaurant on my lunch break. Unfortunately, I have to add this place to a growing list of restaurants that I simply do not trust. On my last visit here, I ordered a large coke. After drinking half of the soda, I removed the lid and discovered several black particles on the inside of the cup and on the ice.

I visited your Panda Express location at you the Oakridge Mall in San Jose, CA. While eating our lunch my niece and I found 3 tooth picks in our food. When I went to show the cashier what I found he brushed me off and walked away. It’s absolutely disgusting they didn’t even seem to care that my niece could have chocked on her food and or gotten injured due their nonchalant negligence and stupidity.
