This is probably the worst overall experience of any Panda Express location. The location is far too small for the number of customers it attempts to serve. I say ‘attempt’ with intention. I’ve left the location without ordering more times than I have successfully purchased anything.

Me and my mom went to eat yesterday around 8:30pm, the first person making the plate was very rude and if people were indecisive, she’d keep repeating “well what’s the item, what’s the item” me and my mom were next to order & said what can I get you then walked away to count cash in the back corner. Luckily the cashier maria c came over and was so nice. She continued our order and even rang us up. If it wasn’t for her I would’ve left. I just wish the first girl was more welcoming

Standard American Chinese food, cooked pretty much in front of you. This Panda Express is a bit small, there is not enough place to line up hence line is out of the door. The staff is OK, they are pushing for volume. 🙂 But you are not here for the service.

I ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken (picture on left) and got a chopped up piece of teriyaki chicken (picture on the right) which was horrible and not even close to the actual item. Chow Mein was dry with no flavor. Orange Chicken was very good but a small portion. Will not go back.

Unfortunately a very unpleasant experience. I came here with my daughter (9y) and her friend. Her friend had never tried PE before and wasn’t sure if she liked it. I asked if she can get 1 sample of the shrimps which was OKd by the employee. She was also thinking about the chicken so I asked if another sample is Ok. The employee said yes and than I heard a very loud “NO SAMPLES” from the back. Apparently the Manager (Ally if I remember her name correctly.) I said it’s for the kid and again “NO SAMPLES”.
