The food was decent. Only came because the place I wanted to go to was closed. The food was decent, restaurant was clean, and the service was good despite the place being crowded for the dinner rush. Got the String Beans w/ Chicken, Honey Walnut Shrimp, and Chow Mein. Not my first pick, but edible and satisfying.

This is a very busy establishment. I have never had any Panda count the amount of shrimp for a plate. She said 5 and she only gave 5 shrimp. They skimped on my Goddaughters plate as well. It was an okay visit but I will not return to this location.

This Panda Express is located right off Pacific Avenue at the Best Buy entrance to Sherwood Mall. It was pretty busy with a line to the door. Employees were very nice & pleasantly helpful. Food pretty good.

The food has gone downhill.I understand inflation but the portion size has changed significantly and the orange chicken has no orange flavor at all, the chicken is dry and just breaded, actually all bread no chicken. It used to have that almost a sliminess with all of the marinade and was so good. To bad they are going to loose business making drastic changes. As far as the establishment itself the staff is always amazing and helpful. They are quick to get the consumer any and everything you need. I hope they bring the good food back again!

Service was quick, portions were very skim for the price! You get a scoop of meat (if that) for items they make you pay extra $1.25 for! It ain’t what it use to be. If it weren’t for the coupons I rather go else where but fast food only thing open. The first contact with the first server made me feel very unwelcome and rushed they could use allot more training. One thing for sure though Dulce customer service was very welcoming and friendly when checking us out!

I recently ate here on my lunch break and found a maggot in my angus steak. I’m never one to complain or make a scene but something is rotting in there and when there is one maggot there is multiple. I was not given a refund until I demanded one just a free meal my next visit. Do better !

The place is okay but the only reason I put 3 star is because their fried rice just got done cooking and im here thinking oh great fresh fried rice. But that wasn’t the case the rice was uncooked and hard, their orange chicken is also very dry. Other then that their okay I guess.

This place is a joke, I would put 0 stars if I could. I came here on my lunch around 11:30 to pick up my online order and they had a paper taped to the door saying sorry for the inconvenience but that would be opening at 12:10. Through the window I could see food on the counter ready to serve and what looked like a bag on a shelf ready for pick up. I stood out there for about 10 mins and saw somebody in the back but when I knocked they ignored me. I then proceeded to call the business multiple times before and after 12:10 but was ignored. I will never return here and I will be making a formal complaint. How is a business going to take your money and not actually be able to serve.
