Food was good . Food has been better. Staff here at this location was rude. They obviously need proper training on there customer service. Management needs to do better at training staff. Hopefully they receive help so that way others have a better experience buying food at this location on olive in Merced.

Poor service, $40 dollar order going through drive thru. Asked for a cup of water with my meal. They would only give the kids cup for water. I said I would pay for a larger cup that just was just such a silly amount of water. They charged $2.80 for a medium water. I wasn’t going to complain till we opened our food on the road and it was rock hard orange chicken, 2 of the 3 containers had short hairs in them. We felt extremely wasteful as we threw all of the food away due to feeling it wasn’t safe to eat. Obviously not much they could do as we had already left but called just to let them know. They said it wasn’t possible to have hair in our food and that the chicken was not hard. All of it combined was just to much to not leave a review. We really enjoy Panda just definitely not this one.

The food is always super fresh. I usually have awesome experiences at Panda on Olive. I recently had the worker hold onto my debit card and walk around the kitchen which was sus. I pay with cash to avoid this now.

Kinda upset , I patiently waited 10/15mins for my order in the parking lot , I ordered the sizziling shrimp as well , but only got 2 prices of shrimp , ?! I paid extra because it’s a special item and all I got was 2 pieces idk of its because im pregnant but im so bothered lol , food tasted good but my husband plate was very skimpy barley food compared to mine and my daughters (husband and I got plates and daughter got a bowl ) anyways kinda upset about the 2 peice shrimp I paid extra for

I forgot I shouldn’t come to this Panda Express, multiple sub par experiences. Ordered food online. Arrived there 10 minutes later, food wasn’t ready. Said they were waiting on an item. Sat down, 10 minutes later they said they were waiting on another item. After waiting 20 minutes, received my 2 item plate, small portions again.

I love panda. I gave three stars because that’s the average I give when something is neither good or bad but it’s okay. I got the orange chicken bowl for me and my son. I had rice in mine. Didn’t care for the rice. Next time I won’t get the rice in it. The noodles we’re great and I actually think they are the best anywhere. Noodles as in chow mein. The orange chicken was very delicious. As we were leaving I went out to the car and my son went to the counter to ask for some water. As he stood there for 3 to 4 minutes another person came up and was immediately helped. I don’t know what it is with children but that happened a year ago and I had to say something to the people. So that’s why it’s only a 3 star. Remember people to help the children they’re not standing there for fun.

Always get my order right. But lately have not been giving me my fortune cookie, which I feel is a highlight of the experience. Waitime is good considering the amount of business they gather. But the drive-thru situation needs improvement. Cars cut “in line” because they’re strung out in the parking lot. Locals understand the procedure, but others don’t. Would be better to reverse the drive thru setup.

Don’t come here if you only have a 30 minute lunch. Didn’t expect it to take so long to get helped with my order because there was only 3 guests ahead of me but they are incredibly slow here.
