My son doesn’t like vegetables in his chow mein. I understand it’s made in bulk and hard to get out. But when I ask for as little vegetables as possible and I get a small plate heaping full of veggies after asked to wait for 5 min. For a fresh batch. And the managers response was to just throw (not literally) more food as an apology… not a good experience.

Just started food delivery. Customer ordered from this restaurant but @ 11:15 the gates were still down and told will open @ 11:30am but usually open @ 10am. Not sure why 1.5 hour delay. Mall used to fine stores by the minute if opening late. Expensive.

Just a quick trip while checking out Dave & Busters. I got my food quickly and the noodles weren’t dry like at other locations recently. We enjoy eating at the mall since we can do a “buffet-type run” and get all of our favorites on one plate.

I was there yesterday, and they were very busy. There were about 20 to 30 plastic forks lying horizontally in an open container for customers to take. The forks were pointing in different directions, which means that the part that we put in our mouth had been touched numerous times by customers, AND there were discarded straw wrappers in with the forks. I showed this o the staff, and asked for a clean fork, and the staff stated that they did not have any more forks. The line was out the door, so I guess they were closing early because they were almost out of forks at about 3pm. So dumb.
