I would just avoid online ordering from now on, super disgusting dry old food three times in a row now. To top it off they forgot the Kung pow chicken on one order. Don’t even wanna bother calling, just done with this place. They obviously have no care when it comes to online orders and you get the bottom of the barrel dried up scum. I bet the people who work there wouldn’t eat half the stuff they served to online orders… so disappointing….

So I went in yesterday to get a quick bite. The food wasn’t up to standard at all. Of course I misplaced my receipt and wanted to watch my niners play. So I called today and asked what they can do. At first the young guy told me they couldn’t without a receipt so I talked to the manager Haidee and at first seemed reluctant but after explaining the situation she said I could get a food replacement. I’m very impressed that she made the right choice in making a great reviewer happy. The food was very good the second time around. 3 stars for the food and replacement and the 4th for great customer appreciation and service. I’m not sure what happened during the morning shift and can only hope they tell the cook to take his time with the rice so that it’s cooked to perfection. And don’t over cook the food either. That will keep the Pattersonites raving for great food and service

No fresh food or no food made every time I go there. Customer service tell the customer no you didn’t order a bigger plate when we have. I gave it way to many chances and I will never go back to this establishment. I only wish I can mark 0 stars. The employees need to be maxed out at 5 bucks an hr that’s the type of service you are getting. I feel sorry for the owners.

Please oder online. Came here around 1.30 pm 23-01-23. Ordered a meal. I usually look at the display for what ever they have enough to complete my order asap before I place them. She said they don’t have enough. But she kept serving the people came after me the same thing I have ordered. Funny thing is there was only 3 people came after me and one person was in the diner. Received my order almost at 2.05. (35 minutes)Unfortunately panda staff in this area like to waste peoples time.

Customer service at this location is absolutely terrible. Especially an associate named Julia, as I was enjoying my meal I hear her not only just yell across the room at customers, there was also an elderly couple who were just trying to order and she was being very loud, rude, impatient, and overall confusing to the couple. Truly disgusting behavior, it made me not even want to enjoy my meal anymore.
