Placed an order on the app and when I get home as I’m eating my plate I noticed a hair inside my plate absolutely disgusting, panda please have your employees wear hair gel so that their hair does not end up in someone else’s food.

The place seems to be in complete disorder the staff is rude and argumentative multiple times they ran out of items and it took them over 20 minutes to make the item that is in the menu I have had good experiences in other locations but this particular location seems to have major issues with Mangment I would not recommend this place at all

This place is always super busy. I think that they get so focused on trying to move people through quickly, that they forget to smile and have a friendly conversation with their customers. Their food is good and portion sizes decent. They have healthy options, and I love their Teriyaki chicken and mixed vegetables.

Placed an online door dash order was told that it was completed. Went in to wait an extra 15 minutes because it wasn’t ready. Then was told that they completed my door dash order on their end so they didn’t get in trouble for missing their time frame… Absolutely horrible

I’m a regular here and recently they started to decrease the portion into half of what it used to be , every time I come in here I look at at putting food in the box and they take some of it out because they think they put more in there, I’m not going to buy from panda anymore and I don’t recommend it to anyone either, low portion higher prices now
