I’m not typically one to complain but Umm, I should have looked at the bowl before I took off because I hit the bottom of the bowl in one fork full. The food didn’t even touch the lid. Unacceptable, will not be returning.

Waited in line way too long, mobil orders kept taking priority over people in line, yall need to fix you system so that it equally prioritizes both in store and online.

Seems like the Hispanic Woman that was putting the food in the to go container has a racial Bias for white people I ordered Chow Mein like the hispanic man ahead of me he got 2 big tongs full of it I only got 1 tong full of it felt like she did it on purpose as you can see in photo. Seems like no real way to figure out how much you should be getting.

I waited for 4 whole trips to really give it a fair shot and all 4 times I’ve been given easily the worst food Ive ever been served by any PE I’ve been to in the country. The food is ALWAYS soft and mushy and nearly room temp… Officially done here… The mall one sucks too but the food was at least a lil warmer.

I feel like this food is not something I can eat everyday, I have to look out for my health. Its just a little too high in fat, or at least I always feel vaguely ill. But it tastes good and comes in large portions. Not diet food.

Fresh hot food. Of course orange chicken was amazing. Clean place to eat. Always really busy.

Nothing wrong with food or service, but I ordered “orange chicken” and they ended up giving me the vegan one without ever telling me, resulting in an unexpected upcharge. I only found out when my family pointed it out whilst eating. This was pretty disappointing, it’s just not the same.

Panda you get what you pay. Your employees are underpaid and understaffed. How can I tell? Oh that’s easy.
