We go to a class in Elk Grove and often stop here for dinner before our one-hour drive home. They close at 9:30PM yet when we arrive about 8:30PM, just about every dish on display is empty. They try to get you to order from those, but they’re never what we want and they actually look kind of dried out and nasty. They end up having to make everything up fresh for us, and all of the other people also showing up for dinner. That’s great for all of us because our food is hot and fresh, but it’s clear they’re trying to close up early. I understand about food waste, but come on now! This has happened about 6 times over the past year; every time we have gone in. There are always at least 10-15 more people that come in after us so I don’t understand why they keep doing this. I’ve heard people say “don’t bother to cook something, I’ll pick from what’s still here” which is unfortunate.

Just another PandaExpress! As usual, they almost count the pieces of meat to put in a serve. If only they could count the number of rice

Have eaten at other Panda Express establishments and this was not enjoyable. The food was tasteless and the store itself was bad. This was on a cold day, and every time the door opened, it let in cold air. The food got cold quickly.

I have been to many locations here in this area and in the Bay Area. I ordered the honey walnut shrimp and the pepper chicken today. I got six shrimp (old and the coating was falling off and more pieces of broke walnuts to make it look full and the pepper chicken had about 4 pieces of chicken! STINGIEST PANDA I HAVE EVER SEEN! Will not ever be back and I live 1 mile away!

the portions were small and I was told I had to wait several minutes for food (even though they had plenty in stock) but because the food was for a phone order.

Food is ok, customer service is slow. There were about 5 ppl in front of me 4 that were waiting for their food. Took almost 30 minutes for them to start serving those of us in line. Server was yelling at the cook staff to hurry up with food as there were a lot of low/empty platters – probaby why everyone was waiting so long.

Small foot traffic makes it super fast to get food. Quality is what you would except for a PX. Front end staff are nice tho may have a thick accent so patience is a virtue.

Small portions. The lady assumed what kind of food I wanted and if I wanted a bowl or plate. Very weird. They don’t have any food premade except the orange chicken so everyone had to wait. And they couldn’t figure out what a 3 item plate was and then over charged someone. Chaotic. Won’t come here again.
