The only location in Folsom. Panda Express has been declining in food quality, that’s with the consideration that it is a fast food chain with a very rigid menu. Staff is helpful and friendly. The volume of online orders impacts the flow and experience of the in-store orders. Being the only location, surrounded with a dense suburban population, schools, and major work places, this store is still relevant. Often there are a few people lined up to order. Parking is great by the storefront and in the adjacent parking lot.

Today was an excellent experience! There were very few other customers, and the food was made fresh. I had honey walnut shrimp, Angus beef, pot stickers and cream cheese wontons, all of which were outstanding! The service staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is easy also.

Great tasting food and hard working staff. The traffic and online orders gets overwhelming and not every customer is pleased with the wait time. The staff deals with it best as they can and serves great food and apologetic about the wait time.

This location has deteriorated in quality. Chow mien is dry and they skimp on veggies. The quantity also is reduced along with the taste. The wait time is also long – how can you wait on chow mien for 15 min at peak dinner time? I have switched to ordering from the Madison & hazel location even though it is 10 miles away for me while this location is 1 mile.

This place gave me and my wife food poisoning. After calling the place, the employee informed us that the manager herself was out sick and they had no idea when she’s coming back and that they don’t have an assistant manager. I’m assuming the manager also got the food poisoning because she called my wife three days later asking what had happened. After such a terrible response from their team, my wife refused to speak with them and is working with the health dept.

I just visited this place for the last time. They lost me as a customer. Out of the 6 large boxes (1 family meal and an additional large chow mein), 3 boxes were filled only 3/4th. This was not the first time that they reduced my quantity, so I opened the boxes and asked the manager why it’s not filled to the top. She said it’s not their policy to fill the box to the top, but she offered to fix it. I said I deserve to get the quantity of food that I paid for, told her that it’s false advertising, declined any suggested fixes to my order and walked away. Never going back to this place again. Ordered online 7 minutes prior to arrival. When I got there, the food was already waiting for me. Shortly before finishing my food, a customer was given a complimentary chocolate chunk cookie for waiting a long time for their food. Food was great, good first-impression here.
