Beautiful and clean place, love the food here and atmosphere Wasn’t happy that there was a lot of empty food spots and when I asked why, she said ” we don’t make it often because it goes bad fast” I understand but still would of be nice to have more choices, for what I came there for. No drive-thru. Must walk inside to order food. We took the drive thru by mistake and I wondered why the menu board only had drinks on it. The kind Starbucks lady at the drive-thu kindly explained our mix up.

Yummy good! This Panda gives big portions and customer service is wonderful! I come here 2 times a week when I feel like craving Chinese food! Ordered their teriyaki chicken and steak, even through is extra, but it is totally worth a try! Also this is the location with best customer service in Sacramento I think! Will definitely come back again and highly recommended this Panda Express location!

Definitely one of the worst Panda Express stores in the area. The staff is all trained here to pretty much count the prices of meat. I got a 2 plate entry and it literally had like 5 pieces of shrimp and 8 pieces of orange chicken. Also they started putting much less chowmein then they used to! Definitely not coming back to this location

Asked for fresh Orange chicken and was willing to wait for it when the employee said we had to wait for the rest of the orange chicken to go, at which it was about half empty. Employee then followed by saying it will take am hour to cook. Unfortunately little did they know, my partner used to work at Panda and knows it takes about 15 min for it to cook and serve.

I came and ordered teriyaki chicken plate and they told it was a 15 min wait. No big deal. I had my dogs with me and told them I would run them home and be back to pick it up. I came back and they had given my order to someone else. I had to wait another 10 min. To get my order. Not ok. The other person should have had to wait for theirs, not me wait twice. Here I sit and it’s after 10 pm and still no food

Horrible service. They told me it would be a 5 min wait for walnut shrimp. Somebody else ordered walnut shrimp after me and we both waited togeather . They got their meal which was 3 plates and 10 mins later still waiting. Next time im ordering online if that .

Panda Express here always has good service the parking lot is always busy so that should tell you something, I recommend getting the 3 entree plate because not only will you have variety it helps you choose what item you will like the best, I also recommend getting half and half on the rice and noodles that way you get the best of both worlds and your on your way to fat people heaven, the food here is always hot and fresh I’ve never had an issue

I work nearby and, honestly, I only go here because I get tired of the other options nearby. The food isn’t great, the chow mein is always very dry, they’re constantly out of or low on sides so you have to wait for them to bring out more. This time they just straight up forgot one of my sides. Not sure how they closed the to-go box without noticing half of it was empty. From here on out I’ll drive further to get take-out from an actual Chinese restaurant. I don’t care if I have to wait longer and pay more. It’s too frustrating for low quality Chinese food.
