I ordered food for my family (delivery) First on delivery they forgot one of my plates, but the store called me and let me know apologized and offered me a free item and everything. Customer Service was really good. My biggest complaint was our plates. Usually when we come inside we get nice size plates Delivery not so good If I’m paying the same price online as in the store I should get the same amount. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

It’s been so long I get Panda, however I don’t appreciate when employees being stingy when it comes to food. Just ordered chow main with broccoli beef and orange chicken and was pretty shocked how their portions came. Ok? The food is best right in the middle of dinner rush because everything is fresh. But they can get rather busy. All in all if you want some good Chinese food without going to China I’d recommend here. Oh and it’s a little hard to hear over the kitchen noises.

Bad service.told not to put vegetables in chow Mein and also I asked thori employee to double check if it’s right order as I wanted. He said yes all good. But when i came to home and open the chow Mein box. There is still vegetables in it. Not happy with their service.
