This location had the usual selection of great food options that Panada Express is known for. The food is reasonably priced for the quantity received. The story was clean and bright, although some of the tables needed to be clean. Bathrooms were clean. Staff was running short but were polite.

You could do a lot worse than the standard standby of fast food Chinese style! Not the best on the island but everyone here is always very friendly and the air conditioning is ice cold ❄️ always a treat to have their orange chicken and shrimp with walnuts. Chow mein is pretty good too. Great meal deal for the whole family. I appreciate there attention to lower calorie options and vegetables to help keep me slim and trim.

Food is good, atmosphere when the lady in black shirt is around is not good she is rude to her workers and passive to customers, I have been coming to the the Kihei location for years but lately she is more interested in her phone and flirting with random men in front of the building then taking care of the customers or helping her co-workers.

What a joke. When I couldn’t place an online order at 7:58pm, I called the store. They have a recording from Panda Express about location and please hold. No answer. Calle again. Same message and a guy answers the phone and says HELLO? I ask if this is Panda Express (clearly is) and he says no and hangs up. Called again twice with no answer. Hard to be open at 8:03 when you close at 8:30?

I visited this location in Kīhei twice for dinner. The first time I stopped to eat I arrived around 8:45 which is the time they close and they were out of many of the entree options, which is understandable. The second time I visited was at 8 and they had all the entree options available and there was amazing customer service. The location was clean and beautifully decorated. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Server wrote my order correctly on the container box, but left an item out. Mgr, Lily had negative attitude & told short girl to correct my order; server accused me of eating it & lying. (ROLL BACK THE TAPE if you dont know what you did 2 minutes ago) She rolled her eyes & did not apologize. This franchisee owner should be embarrassed & ashamed; manager & staff have ZERO Customer Service Skills. This location is unprofessional & poor food turn over.
