The new Angus dish is delicious. 19g of protein but SUPER salty.

This location has to be by far the worst location. The staff pretend to care, the food is usually hit or miss and even if it’s a hit its barely decent. There is no one ever eating in the lobby which is a good sign no one eats here. The manager would rather hide by the computer on their phone than help with customers. If you have to eat Panda Express go to the Washington Square location, otherwise any other restaurant is better than this poor excuse of a location.

This location is hit or miss when it comes to staffing. They ignore you. They feel that togo orders are better than the people standing in front of them. They ignore you for way too long. Service is horrible here. Tell the manager and it still doesn’t get better.

If I can give zero star or negative, I would. Overpriced, very salty and staff are rude. Deeply regretted. I should have believed those negative reviews.

My rating has mainly to do with the food. In the case of this particular visit, the staff also contributed to a 1-star demotion. The original concept of this restaurant is Chinese food. It’s too bad that I’m Chinese and grew up in LA where there’s tons of really excellent Chinese restaurants, especially if you can read or speak Chinese (oops, I don’t). Amazingly, I learned in today’s visit that the Panda was started in Glendale (an LA suburb) while I was living in the next city over! In general, Chinese food tends to be too greasy, and the Panda gets this one right, i.e. my food was just too greasy for my liking, but I was hungry, and was with family who likes this restaurant, so… (gulp, I ate the whole thing). When I ordered, I was the only person in line. The guy serving me also had quite a few printed stickers in front of him, so that meant he was serving up take-out orders for someone who would arrive later on. Unfortunately for me, this meant that I had to wait for him to scoop up a few boxes for a non-present somebody else while I had to wait to give my order. (Loud buzzer sound). Better luck next time. For me, better luck will mean that I will be eating at a true Chinese restaurant somewhere else. But since this is in Oregon, well, that’s asking a lot already.

I have liked Panda Express before in the past, but if I come to your restaurant you should have more then 4 options of food. Why stay open if you can’t offer fresh food?

How do they keep improving their menu items. Recently there was a deal for an extra entree, they need to do deals like this more often.

I literally get take out from here every week. The great thing about Panda Express is that it’s predictable. You know exactly what something is going to taste like and there’s rarely variation – which is a good thing. Safe, comfortable food. The service here is always good – workers are working hard, but sometimes at dinner time walk-in customers get stuck behind the online order backlog. So, if you have the time or if you want to save time, order online. You’ll skip the line and be out way quick!
