This is the second time now I’ve gotten Panda Express on TV Highway and the food has been either under the lamps for too long that the food is dry or it was cooked too long and burnt. The meat is so dried out it’s chewy and or hard it’s terrible and makes me sad because who has the gas to drive all the way back for a whole new order.

The food was okay. The customer service I can appreciate. Kara was very helpful and friendly. Greeted us as we entered the restaurant. Dante was helpful and polite. There was a wait for teriyaki chicken. He apologized to a customer before me for the wait. He was very professional.

The worst service! Came in on a day they close at 10:30pm, it was 9:20 and told me what they had out (which was nothing) was all they had left for the night! I would understand if I came in 20 min before they close but over an hour before they close and they couldn’t make some teriyaki for us? Crazy. The girls that were working to the side of the Audrey (the girl that helped us) cleaning the empty bowls in the case just started laughing when I made a comment about it being ridiculous that they couldn’t make anything. Customer service is not of importance at this location cause they always have people working who could care less about what kind of service they give! Don’t go to this location.

I have tried multiple times to order online for pickup. Every time I have to stand in the restaurant at least 30 minutes past the time the online order says I can get my food. More often than not the order is incorrect when I get home. My kids love Panda Express, but the thought of coming to this location just gives me heartburn.

I ordered food from this place and they forgot to put 1/2 chow mein with my plate ordering. I called them to notify about what happened and the person (B….L- don’t wanna write the name to respect his/her privacy) working there was extremely nice and offered free plates. Went there the next day and we got our 2 free plates along with some cream cheese crab Rangoon. I’m giving them 5 stars not only because they were extremely friendly and courteous but they went above and beyond to rectify their mistakes which depicts how much they care for their customers.

The food wasn’t bad, long weight on many different foods. The Orange chicken was replaced, and the new batch did not taste like the old batch. I had a mixture. The staff was working hard to keep up.

The worst customer service ever. They are so unorganized and ran out of all types of food and even after my order was completed they left it on the counter for 5 minutes before finally ringing me up. Nobody seemed to know what the other was doing and communication was pathetic.
