I usually go through the drive-through. These guys have messed up my order many many times. Which causes me to go inside and get it fixed which is not a problem for me but when it’s repetitive it gets annoying. I mean come on they gave me a fortune cookie wrapper with no cookie in it. The drive-through lady has no emotion and seems like she hates people and she hates her self.

This place has a drive thru. That’s what I used. I’m used to larger portions of the sides being given at the one in the Esplanade. The scoops were half the size. It was all good, just smaller portions. You aren’t watching them scoop. Learning curve!

I came at lunchtime to order food here and bring it home. When I got there, I saw a long line with a bunch of people waiting to order. I quickly realized that the line was long because people were coming in very quickly, but the line was also going by and being served amazingly fast. The food is always amazing and the service is fast and efficient. I have never come here and found that I did not enjoy coming. This place is arguably the best fast food restaurant in Hillsboro. I very much would recommend it. Also, those workers need a raise for their amazing speed and efficiency.

Mediocre food at best, was not offered utensils, soy sauce or pot sticker sauce. They were very quick to hand me the receipt and push me out of the line though. Then acted like I put them out by requesting missing items. Never going back to a panda express.

Usually this location is very good but our server in the drive through made this experience uncomfortable. Kiara was her name . she sounded like she did not want to be there and was very short with us and no connection attempted with customer at least smile if you work customer service witch I also do you fake it to make it to bring the best experience for your customers! Chicken teriyaki is good when they give you the teriyaki sauce. Most times I have to ask repeatedly for it. And it doesn’t show up in the bag. If you ask for soy sauce, prepare to go somewhere else to get it. They never listen, they don’t seem to understand you want soy sauce and you want teriyaki sauce for your chicken?
