As much as I like Panda Express for some reason the customer service is not it, some of the employees taking the orders at the front always seem to have an attitude, so to avoid that, today I mobile ordered my food and of course got the bare minimum lol what a joke

If you order delivery expect very small portions or noodles or rice under the entree’s to give the appearance of more. I have ordered delivery a couple times now and that is the experience i have gotten. However in store they never skimp with you standing in front of them. Other than feeling ripped off if i order delivery I love panda.

I have eaten here multiple times. I have never had a problem with service or food. Just today 12/9/21 I was served raw chicken. It’s clear that the piece of chicken was cut too thick and didn’t cook all the way through. It was crispy on the outside and raw on the inside. I would advise anyone to avoid eating their almond chicken. I tried to call multiple times to handle this quietly. They let their phone ring and they don’t have a voicemail. One time when I called, they clearly picked up and then ended the call.

Just went through and they were very rude and talking poorly about customers right in front of everyone, and what they were ordering, it was super uncomfortable, their names were maddy and Kate? I believe. Definitely don’t look happy working there, and were rolling their eyes and annoyed about taking peoples orders. Definitely won’t be coming back.
