The Newberg location has consistently gone downhill. The last 4 times I have gone to this location they are “out” of one or more items and are not making anymore for the night. This is more than 3 hours before they close. Their portions keep getting smaller and smaller. I’m sorry, this plate of food is not worth $10. Especially when you can’t even get what you want on it because they don’t want to cook it. Disgraceful!

Update: this is still the worst panda!!! I wanted to give this another try but I can’t believe how poorly this location is ran. I get they get busy but you need more staff cooking food esp on a weekend. I placed my order and after 30 minutes I am still waiting for my food and have not received it.. When i was told only a 10 minute wait One of the slowest panda express i have seen. I understand they are new but the wait time shouldn’t be that long. A week ago I went in at 7pm and mostly everything was empty. Tonight I went through drive thru there were 3 cars ahead of me it took 40 minutes to order my food and receive it. I love Panda Express. Not the most common feeling these days. Today I wasn’t notified I would have to wait for my order until after I paid. In fact I made several substitutions to avoid having to wait. Not only did I wait nearly 30 minutes for cold food; my order was incorrect. It’s easy to mess up an order. It’s easy to make small mistakes. But this many in a row? Get it together.

How many visits does it take to get an order right at this Panda Express! Do yourself a favor don’t pull away from the window until you open up your container and look to see if you got what you ordered. Even when they give you a free meal for the mixup they’ll mix up the free meal. This is my last trip. No more panda express in Newberg for our family. Does that look like orange chicken? How about when they had the chicken and green beans but they gave you chicken and no green beans? The spicy chicken that they gave me instead of orange chicken was over sauce and was burning my mouth. They told me to bring it back. I just got home from Newberg I live in King city.

I usually don’t have anything negative to say about Panda Express. This drive-thru Panda Express is on my way home from Portland and it may be my timing, but they’re always out of multiple dishes. Couple times they were completely out of vegetables.

I would give them one star if I could, every time I go they always find a way to mess up my order. I get home and food is missing or missed things I ordered or over payed the shrimp that was not there. It doesn’t matter who is there, they always mess it up.

Ordered online… Got here when it said it would be ready, waited for an hour to get my food. After an hour of excuses to why a different item wasn’t ready, literally 4 times a different item was what I was waiting for, I got a refund and went Old Downtown for real Chinese food. I did get a burnt egg roll as consolation. I understand it was busy, but there is zero organization.
