Waited 25 minutes for shrimp when quoted it would take 5 minutes. Work staff unfocused and unable to handle basic work duties. Didnt even bother to complain in person because it would have wasted more time but i shouldn’t have paid for food that sat for 25 minutes.

Kinds disappointed with this place. The staff are always friendly, but the they constantly under-portioning the containers. Plus the price keeps jumping higher and higher. This makes the value per dollar seem less and less appealing.

First off, when we walked in we went for a tray. Every one we picked up was dirty! We decided not to use one. The food was good. The tables were dirty. We asked for it to be cleaned but he ignored us! This the atmosphere was sad. I think. They need more people working as there were only 3 people working at that time.

Just picked up two Doordash orders right now. What I saw was absolutely disgusting. I informed doordash and my two customers that the employee was picking his teeth or playing with his retainer when I arrived. Idk if he was eating, putting retainer in mouth, or whatever. All I know is that he was doing it with blue gloves on and mask down.

After 3 similar experiences, it’s time to Karen out on this place. I guess nothing is addressed until it goes public. I am happy to change this review if I in turn see changes. I use apps at most restaurants now. It is a shame that employees at many different restaurants do NOT prioritize those of us trying to make it easy for them by doing all the work of ordering, typing in special instructions and running our payment so that literally all they have to do is prepare it and hand us the bag of food. All 3 times that I have ordered by app in the last month I arrive to find that the order is not complete, despite and estimated completion time being reported as 5 minutes before I arrived. They go over to the little ticket machine, punch a button and then “Oooohhhhh yeah OK I ‘ll make this for you.” Wow, thanks for that. And this is after standing in the designated “Online Order Area” for at least 5 minutes before being acknowledged. If you cannot handle the orders, please turn off the app options. Starbucks does this when their employees call in “sick” and the store cannot handle the app orders. At least this way people can stop showing up expecting your admittedly delicious food in a convenient, fast way.
