I must say, the students(?) working here are professionals. Kind, quick, courteous. Real fast draws in a world of slow fast food countenance. As for the food? Not my cup of Moo Gai Pan. Hot, well cooked, tender, fresh – just not for me. I may stumble in my stimble world that way again. Fried Rice I would order again. Maybe the Egg Rolls. My nephew enjoyed it, so there. I’d give it a negative score if I could. They weren’t open at 11:30 when I went and it took them a long time to finally open, so they were hours late on that. Then when they finally opened they had nothing but two dishes made and made me wait thirteen minutes of my half hour lunch for them to make teriyaki chicken. Workers there were rude and almost found how pathetic the restaurant is funny. They have no signs saying they don’t take cash, but they don’t. It’s stupid. Please don’t go here. 0/10

The chicken is almost always too fatty. The meat at this location is cooked as well as it is at other locations. They are almost never open when the website says that they are. It really makes me angry because I walk all of the way over there just to find that it’s closed.

Ordered 3 of the most popular items to be delivered 12-12:30pm. They called and said they had none of them available… really ? 12 noon. Beijing beef honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken. NONE available ? STOP TAKING ONLINE ORDERS IF YOU CANT FUFILL THEM. Ridiculous.

The workers here are incredibly lazy. I hope a manager sees this. The cashier had to take care of an entire line, meaning that I waited about 20 minutes in a short line, despite there being 2 workers with nothing to do standing in the back.

Always out of whatever is asked for and they will scoop the last few pieces to call it a serving which is not sufficient, cook and servers wearing masks below nose thus exposing food area with their germs. Will help to bring proper business practices and hygiene.
