Ordered online, food was prepared quickly and a single plate was very large and filled to the brim. Greens were fresh and everything was delicious. Kudos to whoever handled my order! Will definitely be ditching McDonalds after this.

I usually love Panda and have been eating for years. However, it feels that quality has been steadily decreasing. The chow mein and fried rice feel flavorless and each entree has lost its flavor as well. For the price point, however, it’s not a bad deal.

I normally enjoy Panda Express, and I haven’t been to this location for some time, and after Saturdays visit, I remember why. The food is barely hot, the portions are smaller than other locations, and the tables have leftovers from the last visitors. They’re too busy serving cold food to clean. The Redmond overlake location is much better.

This place used to be pretty good but has really gone downhill in the past few months. Less food for more money and lower quality too. My mom orders a bowl, and it looks like a handful of rice with a tablespoon of orange chicken for 12$. It really doesn’t seem worth it, and the quality of the food isn’t very good either. I tried the chowmein and honey walnut shrimp bowl, all walnuts like 2 shrimp, and I think it was all coating. It was so disappointing, and I haven’t been back since.

Why bother having an app and giving a time estimate when you’re not going to even try to fulfill them in a timely manner? I arrived 5 minutes before the pickup time for my app order and proceeded to watch as they didn’t even bother to try and fulfill any mobile orders. At least 10 customers walked in and were served before they even started on any of the mobile orders. Meanwhile, they continued to sell the items I ordered until they ran out, meaning I had to wait even longer. At this point it’s already been 15 minutes past my pickup time and I still haven’t been called. Right now there are at least 6 other people who are clearly also waiting on mobile orders. None have been served. Terrible!

Slow service, even when ordering online. Had to wait about 40 minutes from ordering to getting my food, they had partially set up my order so by the time I got it it was cold and soggy, to top it off, they had put very little food, I ordered a family meal for about 33dls.. and got about 20dlrs worth of food, as if I had ordered 2 plates. Also recieved none of the napkins or anything for my order. I hope some one from PE reads this and gets me a voucher for a replacement order (I have my order reciet for proof)

Came in at around 11:30 for an online pick-up. The lady preparing it was kind and friendly. We received our order promptly, and the food was excellent! It’s definitely one of the better experiences I have had at Panda Express.

Man. Im so disappointed i wanna cry. Portions are baby sized. I ordered bowls and they are kids sized. This will be my last time here. Had to get a second dinner after finishing these. ARGH! The worst panda express ever.
