Attitude of the staff was already horrible to begin with, then the food: two little pieces of beef and they took their time digging in the pot to get me the smallest pieces of orange chicken. Shift manager argued saying “the portion is correct!”.

Faster for you to mobile order to the outside mall location, leave, pick it up, and come back. This is the worst managed location i’ve ever seen. Multiple Employees just standing around all the time causing bottlenecks in the line instead of being efficient.

Another Panda Express I went to and they tried to serve me an hour old limited food with no food safety I guess this is a new trend at Panda Express they do not have happy employee this is at 4:50pm disappointed I had to insist what I wanted and then they served me I think this has to do with the area manager of this area no food safety is kept

Food was “warm”. I bought a “bowl” and paid extra for the walnut shrimp. The taste was good, but the portion was more so a SNACK, not a lunch. $11 to walk away hungry. They’d make more money with providing a decent portion and return customers. With this experience, I won’t be back.
