Location is in one of the many homeless / drug addicted parts of Everett. Very sad a new location to be so badly situated. Bought food for my teens. They seemed to enjoy it. Lobby was small but at least no trouble makers there. Various storage containers of food was over cooked but still edible. Too bad they can’t put in a location away from the antinomian chaos created by the democrat party.

My Wife and I own a Taco Bar right next to the Everett Mall, and have been there for over 12 years. We like to dine at.other places for different taste and ideas. What we couldn’t get over was the incredible crew we saw tonight. This crew, whom I dubed “Badasses” was nothing like we have ever seen before. From the service window to the crowd in the dinning room, it was like watching a tremendous machine. It was Incredible harmony and an honor to watch. To boot, they were so busy that they didn’t even realize they were out of napkins and in a heart beat, the napkins were in our hands. These guys were awesome and you can count on us visiting this location again. Well done and don’t change. You guys were awesome.

I ordered take out at this location for the first time and had an overall positive experience. I had ordered both a “plate” and a “bowl” for my boyfriend and I. The order was ready in just a couple of minutes, the food was nice and hot (tasted very fresh) and the people working there were wonderful (pleasant, helpful, and appeared to have good hygiene practices). I will be a returning customer and recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a meal that’s tasty, quick, and reasonably priced. A great alternative to the typical American style fast food chains.

Came in with 5 minutes before closing and the orange chicken and cho mein was fresh and delicious. Went back 3 other times and they were all equally as good. This location is the best in the area by far.

Worst experience ever with online ordering for pick-up at this location. I got there 40 minutes early, I clicked on the “I’m here” button in the app to let the restaurant know I was there. Well, they said that they could not fill the order as it did not print out on their end even though on my phone the app says “Early? Don’t worry, we are working on the order”. I asked if they could enter the order number and manually print out the order but they said they couldn’t. What use is the app if the location cannot override the time of the order to fill it right away? I’m not sure if it is at this location only, but if it is a systemic problem with the app and the process of ordering and inability to change the pickup time after ordering, they’ll have many frustrated and angry customers. The app is absolutely useless. I can’t believe that there isn’t a way of getting the order printed at the location when they know the order # for early arrivals. They said I had to wait until the pickup time before it prints out. The staff was unapologetic/unhelpful and just ignored me the few times I asked to see if it printed the order yet. At least at some other locations, they were courteous enough to offer a free small drink while waiting, but not at this site. Will never order again at this site.

Really friendly staff here! Like most places these days, they can sometimes be short staffed, but they make up for the delays with really friendly service. They are helpful and welcoming and you can see people hustling to get food made. I really appreciate the atmosphere here and the food is always hot and fresh.

I was probably one of the first customers they had. Couldn’t wait to have a local panda. I ordered food three times and had half a teaspoon of meat. In person ordered several times, was rudely told thats just what you get. They won’t be open long.
