Retail Management is my jam! I was sooo impressed with how smoothly each member did their task with ease! It was about 1pm on a Thursday. Please be careful of this place !! I ate here on 7/26/2023 and i have been non. stop throwing up after eating the orange chicken. My stomach is bubbly, i’m getting the runs bad and I’m so nauseous. The chicken tasted odd and that should’ve been my sign, my unfortunately i’m a sucker for food. This is why it’s so important to TEMP POULTRY items god please even if they come already cooked! As someone who is serv safe certified, this so disappointing to see in such an easy job. I wish management was more on their kitchen staff about throwing out food when it’s reached its hold time and actually making sure food stays at temp. I will be contacting corporate about this too, there’s a bare minimum in food service and that’s making sure your food stays at the temp it’s supposed to be at.

The food was delicious, but the staff and waiting time was not the thing that you want to receive after the all-day long drive. We had to wait at least 15minutes to place the order and another 15minutes for check&pay. Except of this, I can recommend this place.

They got the order wrong and treated me like a person who does not want to pay extra money to get the plate that we originally oredered. They never apologized and kept saying they needed to serve the people who paid. The way they treated me was horrible.

Got the the restaurant at 745 pm with 2 people in line and no food ready. Took 32 minutes after we paid to get our food because they gave the food that came out to new customers and not the people waiting. We had wait for them to cook the food twice because they forgot people were waiting.

Well, I hate to leave a bad review, but I should’ve figured because some guy left out of there very mad with no food by the way, the crew did not seem to work well together at all, they had one person serving the counter, two at the register and four or five people back there by the fryers just standing there talking. Most of the stuff look like it needed to be refilled. I ordered the new shrimp dinner and I asked for the broccoli and got beef and broccoli. I did not want beef and as we were checking out, I said I received some thing I didn’t want and the guy said oh and took the meal back. I got home and opened it up and realized he didn’t do anything. I still had beef and broccoli. They seem so disorganized.
