For the 4th time in a row did not get water with kids meal left special request reminding them .Also second time no apple strips for kids meal.Portions were very small .They do not answer phone at restaurant. Chicken mushroom was full of Zuchini few mushrooms and very little chicken..Not like usual . Definitely not there best showing.Question if its worth it for the money.

I ordered a certain type of chicken online two days ago. It allowed me to cash out which it shouldn’t have if it wasn’t available . The team members told me to come back the following day and they’d have my food prepared around the same time. I came back and they were closed with a water heating issue. So I came back today during my 30 minute work lunch AGAIN they are closed!!! They told me they’d have my food ready for me at 1:30. This is freaking ridiculous!! I should be comped COMPLETELY for this meal or at least get a free meal because of the constant run around. I am pregnant as well so to be told my food will be ready during a certain time and it’s not ready and then day after day there are issues… this store needs a new manager. Time to get it together. I understand water heating issues but don’t promise me that my food will be ready when it WONT be ready!!!

I was trying to put in a order for me and some coworkers & On Google they times say they open at 9:30am and the manager says they don’t open until 10 am. When I walked up to the door the manager Christina told me to check the webpage which also says 9:30 am and was rude when I told her what the webpage said as well.. I hate taking the time to make bad reviews but everytime I come here it’s always something. She slammed the door on me & I was very respectful. It’s too early for me to curse her out over some food so I just walked away. Do better panda!!

Refused to make more food for a large order 45 minutes BEFORE closing and told us they don’t have enough food. Not the first time they have refused or told us “it’ll be 20 minutes before that’s ready, you want to buy something else” even in outside of peak hours. Needing new management or people with some real customer service skills. Don’t waste your time. Go elsewhere.

The lobby was closed at 8:00. The drive thru orders were being taken 20 minutes apart. No excuse, I could have done it by myself. If this was my business I would fire everyone.. ! Why two people can’t handle a drive-thru is beyond me. I gave them one star because I couldn’t find the negative zero !!

Can you count the amount of pieces i have, no chicken. Even when asked to make sure the portion were scoop size and paid for EXTRA….. this place has its ups and down… it’s always running out of something…eggs rolls or sweet and sour sauce…. Sucks that this is the closest panda near us…. Would definitely not recommend going through the drive thru ( even tho) when you order online they still mess up the order lol…. Just walk in, best service i got was when i actually order face to face….also the prices are insanely pricey now….. inflation at its finest …3/10

I asked Emma and Alan both about my order over a span of 20 minutes. I sat and waited while the restaurant finally emptied of customers, and I was literally the only person left waiting. I watched a young man behind the counter ask if someone would ring him up for a bowl with chow mein, he proceeded to load himself up very generously, and then was cashed out by another employee. I sat waiting another 10 minutes, and still wasn’t helped. Low and behold, the restaurant filled up again. I ended up walking out. I wish I could rate it zero stars.

Not a great experience, just moved to Washington first time here at panda express. Then come in to panda for many years in California but this was a bad experience very limited menu had to wait for chicken teriyaki if I wanted that so I opt for orange chicken which was available the chow mein was not ready had to wait for that to be cooked. Needless to say I was dissatisfied with what I got because of the very limited menu and other items available or we’re not even cook yet am I wrong or is this not supposed to be fast food shouldn’t they have items cooking already? Anyway ask for extra peppers in the come Powell lady said we can’t pick through the food and was rude about it again we’ve been going to panda express for many many years never have any other location ever told us this as a matter fact most say that many people don’t even eat the peppers so they have no problem giving us extra However this location just said we can’t pick through the food rude, for a punishment for asking for Extra red peppers we got one just one.

I understand we learned new behaviors during covid, but when I am in the store, I should not have to wait for online orders to be filled while I am there. Hands down great location to come and eat with the fam, came in at 5:30 would like to give a huge thanks to the whole team that’s workin it really hard they are doing a great job very kind, nice and pleasant they got an awesome rhythm to their wrk flow while maintaining a clean and relaxing place to enjoy the grub.
