Normally I’m fine with Panda. It’s not great Chinese but it’s usually consistent and decent. Not this location. The handful of times I’ve ordered delivery here the food has been just awful. Yesterday was the final straw. My chow mein and my mom’s orange chicken were both burnt to a crisp, the egg rolls were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside (how do you manage to pull that off?) and my kung pao was this mess of blackened, congealed goop that was unidentifiable from anything remotely edible. Absolutely shameful how this place is ran.

I ordered deliver to my work (I dont drive and only get a 30 minute lunch), I ordered the rangoons and didn’t receive any sweet and sour sauce that is supposed to come with them. How you gonna eat rangoons dry? 🙁 anyways… please send sauces with your online orders. Sauce is SO important. That includes teriyaki sauce with the teriyaki chicken, cause it doesn’t come sauced up. No one likes dry food. Thank you!

Worst Panda Express ever: the lady manager is super rude and just no customer service. Also there was a mouse running inside the kitchen and they were trying to step on it and kill it. Nasty nasty place. Do not eat at this place. The mouse even looked nasty.

Every time I order for delivery my order is ALWAYS messed up! First of all I order teriyaki chicken for my husband and NEVER get the teriyaki sauce! I even request it and put in a comment and still no sauce! You can’t call it teriyaki chicken if you don’t get the sauce. This time I ordered Beijing Beef and it’s suppose to have veggies in it. I only got 3 small pieces of peppers and no onions! I will never order from this place again! If you can’t get simple orders right I feel for the people with more entailed orders! Fed up!!

Id love to review the food, but since I still do t have it after almost an hour, I can’t. What I can review is their service, which is appallingly bad. An hour to make a family meal, and when I called to check the status the answer is “we were really busy”. Doing what? Obviously, not making food for those of us who paid a premium for it.
