The young lady at the counter was rude, we stood there for 5 minutes, then she decided to take a drive thru order then took ours. The mushroom chicken had 2 peices of chicken and a ton of mushrooms the rice was so dry because it was the last scoop in the bowl should have never served it, I will drive 3 miles further to get our panda express .

Very inconsistent food and service with employees who have no clue what they’re doing. Maybe new manager will help. Untrained employees try to overcharge and argue about free entree. The customer service was good but the food was the worse experience I ever had idk what the hell happened but my food literally taste like salt like a huge cubes of salt just dumped on my rice! Idk where this came from but it was the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted! I will not be coming back to Panda in a very long time the quality went way down! Honestly I don’t recommend this place with that amount of salt dumped you can get sick or end up at the hospital! Worst food experience of my life! And I’m not exaggerating. Someone needs to fix the food or check in so people don’t end up sick!

WTH! Literally had almost no meat on my plate and I ordered two meat items! They even told me to wait 5 minutes while they finished cooking the meats… obviously they just scraped the bottom of whatever was leftover in their pans and dumped it in my order…. Many other reviews express the same concerns. Management needs to get their act together or this location is going to fail!
