Stopped by the food court after Bloomsday for a bite to eat. Granddaughter suggested Panda Express. The food was marginal. The ingredients seemed to be fresh but lacked flavor. Boost up the spices in the sauces, add some more salt (or MSG) and it would be better. I added two packs of soy sauce to give my Chicken Vegetable Fried Rice some flavor. Uncle Roger would be disappointed with this Fried Rice

Food here is always old and reheated over and over again, developing a thick dry layer. You will struggle to find anything freshly made unless you specifically ask for it to be made. This is by far the worst location in town, plus it’s in the mall.

I was going to eat my Fortune cookie and I had opened it and took my fortune out. And took a big bite of the one side I went to swallow it and my mouth was All of a sudden on fire I’m not sure what was wrong with it but my mouth is currently still burning and it’s been approximately an hour or so after this incident occurred. I took pictures of the cookie and what it looked like on the inside. I will definitely be never going back again

I am extremely frustrated with the employees at this location. I went in yesterday and got a family deal pack, and then when I got home I was trying to feed my son, and the orange chicken was extremely spicy. I’ve eaten their orange chicken several times and that has never happened. Well my 3 year old will not eat spicy things. I tried the orange chicken and my mouth was on fire. I called them back and expressed my concerns considering I had just spent almost $40 on my food, and now my son wont even eat it. the girl on the phone apologized and told me I can come back today, and get a new family meal pack, since they messed up the order. Well today I called and let them I know I would be coming in, and the girl that answered the phone was refusing to replace the meal AFTER I had talked to someone else yesterday and had already told me they would replace the meal. After about 5 minutes of the girl telling me she was only going to replace the orange chicken, I asked her why I would be told the whole meal was going to be replaced, and then today they weren’t going to follow through with what they told me? Well the girl finally snapped at me and asked me what I wanted in the meal. Was very abrupt with me on the phone. I told the girl my boyfriend was going to be there in about 20 minutes to pick up the food, well we have a toddler and it was a little bit more than 20 minutes. When my boyfriend got there to get the food, the lady was very abrupt with him and even went as far as telling him she threw our food away because of the wait, and that they have now wasted 3 meals on us and that they are closing in 45 minutes so they’re not going to make us the extra food that we wanted, and were going to PAY for had a horrible attitude the whole time. I hate to be the person to complain, but i find this extremely unprofessional and people like this should not be working in the customer service field.

Staff answered their phone and was friendly when helping me to locate the restaurant. When I arrived the same staff member greeted me with a smile and got me back on my way promptly. Definitely going to visit them again on my own time.

With no inside seating in downtown, Panda made our evening. Their seating area was open and the waiters were excellent. It was cold and not one complaint from the staff. Great service and good food. After a couple days eating in our hotel room, it was very nice, cold,,,but nice.

The Panda Express in River Park Square is a great place to eat. The staff was very courteous and helpful. It was really busy, but they still managed to take care of my order with no delay. When one of the staff was busy with a customer, another came from the back and took my order. Excellent service and family and I enjoyed our meal in the dining area. I recommend Panda at River Park Square.
