The Panda Express on 29th (South Hill) in Spokane is great. Have been eating there at times for the last few years. And it’s always been a pleasant experience. The location is almost always really clean. The service is very friendly and, quick. The food looks, smells and tastes great! Definitely recommend it for anybody that is looking for a fast and easy meal. That not only will taste good. But, is reasonably priced too!

Panda has vegetables, and several protein options, like teriyaki chicken, shrimp, beef – dress it up with sauces, or keep it spicy and simple like kung pao chicken. The all- vegetable side order is a blessing – I like to get 1/2 chow mein with 1/2 vegetable. Service is typically fast, optional chop sticks. You can ask for paper cups and get water from the soda tap, and the chili sauce packet packs nice punch and flavor!

I love this location. However the gal working tonight (not sure of her name, but i came in today 8/22 around 730-8pm) was very rude and very short with the customers. Got upset at a customer when the gal working didnt explain she was going to go get a box to show her the size difference. It was super, super busy in there, so being stressed is understandable, but disrespecting a customer when they did nothing wrong is not okay. Stress gets to you sometimes for sure, but dont get angry at a customer when she was very patient with you when you guys were trying to catch up. Food was great, as per usual, but she could work on her customer service skills a bit more.

I hadn’t been here in years. Bad experience. Decided to give it another chance. The new sizzling shrimp and chow main was much better quality than I expected. So it was good. The cashier was rude though. She forgot two items from the order in front of us. The guy came back in luckily because he had an hour drive home. They were rude to him and made him feel uncomfortable. Not cool. Won’t go back even though the food was better.

We went earlier in hopes that buying a dinner. Always seems confusing when ordering a dinner with a mix of dishes. Expected it be easier when there were fewer customers. Alas that was not the case. In trying to serve dinner, find that we did not get everything that was ordered.

I’ve yet to meet a restaurant where the atmosphere is rocking. Pandas food is excellent to say the least. However It’s more affordable to make the same dishes served there at home. And by far healthier.

We were in line to get food. There was a family that was trying to order but since English is not their first language it was a bit of a struggle. The employee, Mary, was extremely rude and short with them. She even told them that they were confusing and she doesn’t know what they wanted. I understand that everyone is short staffed so hiring unqualified people is something we as customers have to deal with, but treating people bad because they are different than you is something that shouldn’t be tolerated.

Waited 10mins for a delivery order. Got order to customer…and they ran out telling they were missing half their stuff! Panda Express employee messed up and left it out the bag. Huge pain to cancel and reorder for both me and customer. Messing with my livelihood super frustrating.
