Yet again, ordered teriyaki chicken (in person, at the counter, no other customers around) and asked for the sauce on the side, only to get home and find none in my bag. When I went back to get it, no words spoken, no apology, they just handed over two containers of sauce. Shameful. Customer service is clearly dead.

The employee added a full spoon sauce (almost no veggie or meat) to make the container looks full. AND She gave me a broken plastic bag. The oily sauce run out, ruined my pants, and burned my leg. The manager should take care of this.

Panda Express can never disappoint. Been going to this place for ever and the food is really fresh. Place is always clean and very well stocked with utensils and such. I love the atmosphere and the staff is always so friendly and professional. The restrooms are always clean.
