I ordered two bigger plates that were supposed to come with 3 sides of my choosing. They only gave me 2 side on each bigger plate, Christopher G & Mayra R employees assured me that they were in there in the bag already and surly enough there weren’t. I expected better from the employees.

Always hit or miss. Food is good when it is cooked right. However rice is crunchy a lot of the time. Anytime we order delivery it never comes with teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken unless I call and ask specifically for it. Not sure if it doesn’t come with it or what, but good portions of food and the kids really enjoy it!

Pretty good food! Service was slow inside with orders and checkout. For some reason I thought Panda Express gave out a fortune cookie per order? Not anymore? Well there are bags of them you can purchase instead….. also, I thought the cream cheese Rangoon things came with a warm sweat and sour dipping sauce? We got these packets we had to spill over the top of them…..not fun, and not convenient for dine-in….

Everything was fine. Place looked clean. I’m just never ordering anything breaded because its mostly just that, breading. The orange chicken hardly had any chicken. And the beef thing that had bell peppers was also heavily breaded. I’m sticking to the teriyaki chicken next time.

Update your policy. ordered food online, Wife picked up food and they would not give her the food through the window. This is frustrating because she had to get 2 toddlers and an infant off of the car to get the food which was just sitting on the counter when she went through the drive through. If you have a policy that’s fine but a little common courtesy for the situation probably would have gotten you a good review. Lost a customer here.

I appreciate the people here because they let me cut the line since I have 1 item, very economical thinking. But they really hustling on the food. The noodles and meat they short you on. It’s not cool. But today was a little different I think a manager served me and he was able to give me the appropriate amount.

It was a catastrophe. I walked in with only 4 people ahead of me in line. The wait wasn’t long and I began to order for my wife at home. Half of her order they said was being made, and my order was the same. I made my way to the cashier and paid in advance for everything, and sat down to wait with half an order. After 20 minutes, I spoke to the cashier again and he said we are still waiting. Now the half order I had was getting cold and I noticed they placed my spicy item in with my wife’s food.( My wife can’t eat spicy). There were at least 12 people employees running around, and no one seemed to know what they were doing.

Time to update this review Panda Express you’re getting worse by the day. Or maybe it’s your help. She opens that window and asked you if you want any sauces as she’s handing you your your food and then shuts the door. You don’t even get a damn fortune cookie anymore. Next time you ask me to round up my money I’m going to say no because I can’t even get my full service.
