I was about halfway through my food and bit down on something rubbery. Yup. My chicken was completely raw. I called in to the store to let them know and they said everything was precooked so it was not an issue with their kitchen. Completely threw me off from eating the rest of my food. :/

They were close to closing and didn’t want to make anything other than what they already had cooked which is somewhat understandable but they also acted annoyed and unfriendly then when we were given the food it almost fell because the person who handed it to me basically threw ut into my hands the other panda expresses in the area have been very nice and respectful places this one seems like they mess up alot of orders and only cares about when there work day ends

No indoor pickup available today (5/26/22) when I went to pick up my online order. Had to wait in the drive-thru line behind others who hadn’t even ordered yet. Made the pickup process longer than ever. I like being able to see the kitchen staff and observe the cleanliness of the kitchen. Locking your customers out of your restaurant is sketchy. What are they trying to hide in there? I might try eating here one more time. If I can’t pick up inside, I’ll never come here again. I’d appreciate hearing from an owner/manager about this new practice at this store.

It’s very difficult for me to make this a 1 star when I’d rather give them 0. This could be a misunderstanding but from my point of view the hours of operation state “open until 9pm”. If that is accurate then food should still be served. I’ve come here at 8:30 and I can understand that you are closing up. But 7:45?? If you plan to close up shop at 9pm then just say your hours of operation are until 8pm to not further confuse people

Don’t bother coming after 7 PM. Post Covid, they decided to stop making food after seven and will only make certain entrées or tell you you have to wait 20 minutes. I thought maybe it was a one time thing, but in the last two months every time I’ve tried to go after seven, i’ve been told they have stopped making food.
