Wish I could give ZERO stars. Diana in drive thru has ZERO customer service skills. Gave dirty looks and was unbelievably rude. Hey, Diana. If you hate your job that much, maybe consider finding a new one. Was so disgusted with way I was treated I left without my order, AFTER paying for it. Will NEVER go back!

Ordered online. Order was incorrect. Didn’t find out until I got home and opened. So I Called. They offered a voucher for later date, that doesn’t solve the problem of the immediate wrong food, and by offering me a voucher that I would have had to come pick up, you’re putting your mistake on me a second time without correcting it.

Thank you guys sooo much! This was the easiest procedure ever! I got on the computer, placed a HUGE order, said when I’d pick it up, paid, ran over to Panda, grabbed my immense order, & it was perfect! Thank you! And thank you for having egg rolls, other Panda Expresses didn’t.

Disgusting attitude. Bunch of highschoolers with attitude, especially the girls. Given the wrong order, and after fixing my order this girl puts it inside the counter and leaves it there (the side where only workers are allowed). I patiently wait until her other coworker friends are emerging from the back just to look at me and leaving. They come up to the front make orders for other people and ignore me like i’m a ghost. Finally i get attention of kid who was preparing someone’s order and he handed me my food. Before this time it was stale food was the problem but i thought i went at the wrong time didnt know there were other people experiencing the same thing.

Ordered pick up and every time I order teriyaki chicken they forget my teriyaki sauce then they made me wait 20 mins for the chicken to be ready so the rest of my food was cold this is the worst Panda Express because when I bring it to there attention they are rude and disrespectful. Wouldn’t recommend eating here.
