Today there was a mishap with my order however the manager that I spoke with resolved the issue by preparing my order over however that came with further challenges as far as the wait time in which I was happy that she didn’t rush it. She offered free appetizers and a free drink in the midst of me waiting. It would have been nice to have just gotten a refund along with my meal for the time and gas wasted. But overall she worked really hard to accommodate me and gave total attention to the problem at hand. Thank you Aisha

The Panda is not representative of others we have visited. The dining area was not very clean. We also noticed the staff was very frugal when dispensing both the side(s) and entre portions of your meal. Others on the West coast, where they started, are more in tune with what their customers are there to do.

I love it here. I couldn’t get a chance to take pictures of the food. I’ll come back and add it. But this location cooks the best Honey Walnut Shrimp. Everything they cook at this location is good but honey walnut is my favorite. The employees here are phenomenal. The place stays clean. They are normally busy around after work hours , I still decided to wait.

As I write this, I am standing in line waiting. At 6:53 ish p.m., I placed a mobile order to be picked up at 7:30. I walk in the doors at 7:32. They don’t have my order. So I wait surrounded by a small group of people who are already frustrated because they’ve been waiting for their order. At 7:50, they ask me for the order name and I tell them. The lady replies that they’re still waiting for something to be made. Twenty minutes past my time and my food’s not even done. And I ordered a half hour before pickup time. It’s now 7:55, there is one other person in line and she said my food still isn’t done. 3 minutes to 8:00 and I finally have my food. At least they got the order correct this time.

I swear this is where fun goes to die. Every time I’m there it’s an absolute zoo of a line and people act like they’ve never seen a Panda Express before. It’s less a comment on the staff and food than it is about the crowd this place attracts. The food itself is top notch panda and the service is usually pretty good. I try to order delivery when I can. Avoid in person contact with this store at all costs.

Met the soon to be GM Josh here. Amazing person, extremely hospitable, and isnt afraid to check on his customers, something you NEVER see in fast food. The chefs and cashiers are very on point and friendly, food was fresh, and his Assistant Manager is quick, taking accurate orders. This is my favorite PE spot and now that Josh is here it makes it even better

Just ate here on 7/27/23 at 7:30pm and ended up getting food poisoning. It’s currently 5 in the morning and my throat is burning from the vomiting. I ate the honey walnut shrimp and orange chicken with fried rice.

It took 10 minutes to check me out. I was ignored as though I wasn’t even standing there at the cashier line . I wasn’t offered anything for my patients, until I asked for a free fountain soda for waiting so long to be checked out, The top manager gave me a small courtesy cup which was an insult. A large cup should have been provided for my long wait.

I have been here several times always greeted with a welcome, food is always fresh and hot I would recommend getting there closer to noon. I went there about 20 after 11 am and only had about 4 choices the rest was being cooked.
