Just as a heads up the cook is new and he does not make anything in the traditional manner. I ordered something tonight and was utterly baffled as to what they placed in my bag and tried to convince me this is how it is made. When I advised the mouthy young guy behind the counter how it is prepared he replied “Oh you like the traditional Chinese way” UUMMM DUH it is a Chinese restaurant I am ordering from then he tries to explain 3 different ways the same thing is prepared. I had to explain to him I have been ordering this before he was born then he finally says that they do not have the supplies to cook it the proper way as I have always had for many years there. It is certainly time for them to close down based on the other reviews I am seeing about this hole in the wall.

There are several Chinese restaurants (two within walking distance) between my house in Freeport and this restaurant in Baldwin, and I order my food here. The service is friendly, and the food is DELICIOUS, which is why I order from here. They also accept credit cards, which has come in handy when I’m driving home late from work and don’t want to make an extra pit stop to get cash. I definitely recommend this restaurant.

Yesterday I bought a can of Sprite along with my meal. When I got home I noticed the soda wasn’t there, there was no forks, no sauce even though I asked and the chicken looked undercooked. The low prices attracted me at first but I will NEVER come here again.
