Great food great deals can’t complain probably the best to go Chinese food spot in the 818 hands down definitely the spot I grew up eating here it’s bussing every time definitely stop by this place deserves 4.7 at least some of the reviews on this place are salty ppl mad at the employees last time I checked this place had the same prices and quality of food and has been here since I was teenager definitely staple in the community especially for me this is certified 818 classic

Don’t eat here you will get the runs like crazy. The food wasn’t really cooked well or even warm when they served it. Chow mein wasn’t even cooked fully. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My go to place for quality Chinese food to go… The only reason i give 4 stars to this place is the sitting room inside is not in its best shape… It’s ok to sit down and have a quick lunch but nothing fancy.. their food quality is A+ as well as good service and reasonable prices.. i recommend this Chinese restaurant to everyone living in the Sylmar/San Fernando area..

Only writting this review from a recent purchase today based on their customer service. I haven’t had a problem with Panda Wok in the past i have been coming here for years. But today I went in and ordered a hot and sour soup, and had made sure 3x times with the server verbally of the soup I wanted plus another item. However, once opening my bag, I noticed the soup was Wonton. I had called and went in person because I was given 2 different answers. 1st answer: we don’t carry it anymore and was taken off the menu, 2nd answer: bring in the old one and we will replace it with the correct one. I arrived and was told “it was not their problem, I got the wrong soup.” I kindly ask for a refund and was refused. So I will dispute it with my credit card company. Not sure if they have a new manager or not, but unfortunately I won’t be buying food from them anymore. Just a FYI for anyone else , check your purchases twice before you leave the restaurant.

These people are soo greedy as I’m standing there a customer that was requesting a fork was being questioned about getting an extra fork. The the lady even asked to look inside his back to see if he had one and then I’m coming up with my order and I ask for an additional chili sauce because they only put two inside the a to order bag, and then they’re telling me that they can’t give me more because their boss will get mad. Do it close your business if you can’t afford to give people a couple more sauce just go to panda express
