All I’m going to say is WOW!! Super friendly staff, great food and an awesome atmosphere. Mars and Casey were absolutely amazing and made sure we were well taken care of. I had the chicken gyro and it did not disappoint! We finished off our meal with the most amazing carrot cake and brownie ever! Yummy! Must have! I will definitely be back to try other things.

From the delicious silky pesto linguini to the kind owners and service and artsy atmosphere, this place has it all. They even have a Jones soda fountain! I stumbled on this cozy corner by accident the first time, but now I’m happy to drive an hour to eat at this lil place again. Highly recommend! The food was absolutely delicious. The panini burger was messy, but good! Just a whole bunch of deliciousness. The plating was so fun and unique. The service was above and beyond when placing a kids order. We happily ate all of our food and ordered dessert to go. The flourless cake was divine. They took extra caution making sure it was gluten free. The cheesecake was perfect and the brownie was super rich. Generous portions. Family friendly seating!

Food was great! Everyone loved their choices for lunch! Salads are large! I loved my Mediterranean salad with big, rectangular cubes of smoked salmon! Two friends love the curried chicken salad! The brisket sandwich was awesome! The only issue was that Friday was a busy day for them. It took nearly 45 minutes for our orders to be served. Worth the wait! Otherwise the staff was great!

I’m sure this place needs no reviews it has food awards from everywhere but here we go anyway. This place is a complete treasure I had a soup and sandwich ( tuna sandwich / mushroom soup ) then stayed for dessert ( chocolate cheesecake ).

The restaurant was great and the atmosphere reminded me of a downtown New York feel that the city of Michigan city definitely needs! The staff was so friendly and kind, would definitely go back again. The food was amazing especially the dessert. The carrot cake was out of this world. Cant wait to go back 🙂

Such a fun place to stop for lunch! Great vegetarian options. My husband and I loved the Caprese sandwich and the California sandwich. The staff was kind, the atmosphere was lovely, and they also offered a great selection of desserts! We will definitely be returning!

I’ll start with the reason for 4-stars. When you walk in it is confusing as to what one is to do. The woman behind the counter just said (very nicely)”I’m ready when you are.” I didn’t even know where to find a menu …then I saw multiple chalkboards scattered on the walls with menu items written on them and decided on a sandwich. I placed my order(gave my name), paid, found the soda machine then took a seat. Ashley brought my order out with a smile. I ordered the grilled scallop with prosciutto and feta with pear. The sandwich overall was good but the pear was not ripe and hard to bite. The sandwich came with 2 very thin slices of cantaloupe and a small salad of mixed greens with the house dressing – muster vinaigrette or as Ashley would say, vinaigreat! It was very good.
