Ordered online through their website and got a meatball Parm grinder, nowhere on the ordering site is there any indication that their version of a meatball Parm has red peppers, but it apparently does. The site itself is a bit of a mess as well. I also selected toasted and received a completely untoasted sub.

The gentleman that answered the phone was so nice. Did not lose patience with my questions at all. Equally as nice in person when I got there. Pizza was so so delicious. Hardy and tasted like real food! (You all know what I mean) not greasy and crust cooked perfect!

Ordered $45 worth of food and tipped the driver $5. Opened the box to find what appeared to be a slice missing. I wasn’t sure if they were using smaller pans or what was going on so I called the restaurant and was nice about it and said “this is awkward but I think someone took a slice from my pizza”. She said “the driver!?” I said “I’m not sure it just showed up and it’s missing a piece”. She then yelled “that is impossible! It must have been one of your people who did it!” I was in disbelief haha…. All this drama over one missing slice. Incredibly rude people and just down right awful to deal with. You would have thought I was trying to rob them of their life savings. I would have been fine with a free slice on my account. Now you lost at the very least 5 regular customers from my household, my friends, and anyone else I tell of this experience. Ridiculous. Don’t treat your customers in such a manner.

Delicious Mediterranean pizza and it was the best pizza I’ve ever had. The crust was superb nice and crunchy. The spinach and feta and fresh tomatoes were amazing Eve was so attentive we also got an antipasto a small one and it was wonderful it was so good I took a picture of it before we ate it I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone it is actually right beside the hilltop motel in Groton Connecticut

Great Greek style menu but unfortunately the pandemic has driven their prices through the roof. Delivery is available within a few mile radius and dining in feels kinda cramped but pleasant nonetheless.

Great greek salads and traditional pizza. We just moved into area and really enjoy them and Pizza Palace about 5 mins from them. They did however go away for vaca the entire Summer! No date of return either..lol. i guess theyre secure in doing so but thats a major $ loss and boon for Pizza Palace across from Groton Big Y. Apparently the locals know of this and no one made a fuss. Theyre friendly and provide a good pizza & salad so now we know they return in Sept. We now know two good greek pizza parlors exist too and make use of both depending where we’re coming from.

I order from here very often 1 a week if not more. I have never had a bad experience and they deliver even to my job. We have called late and they still take our order and deliver it and the food tastes fresh and hot. Their delivery driver is a doll. He is always so polite and nice and always brings me extra menus for my place of employment! I will tell every guest that checks in to call Pano’s they are amazing!
