First let me say that the staff is unfailingly courteous and cheerful and friendly, which is unsurprising, because your attitude is reflected in your food, and the food here is wonderful. I have to admit that I’ve never had anything but a cheesesteak here (or cheesesteak variant like a cheesesteak boli), and I may never have anything but a cheesesteak here because they’re amazing and now this place is indelibly linked to cheesesteaks in my mind in a Pavlovian kind of way. I can’t even drive past that intersection now without thinking of cheesesteaks.
