A friend told me about Papa’s and brought me a Bayou Burger from here. First of all, the burger is huge and comes on a fresh homemade bun. The Bayou Burger has crawfish Étouffée on top of the beef patty. It tasted really good, the only problem was they didn’t put enough of the Étouffée on it. So it ended up being a little dry. Otherwise, I would have loved it. It came with a nice helping of seasoned fries. I would definitely go back but unless you have a huge appetite, you can share one of these burgers.

Hands down the best burgers in Shreveport/Bossier. The hours can be a limiting factor in enjoying them, and being a family owned establishment there are times when I’ve tried to go only to find them closed, but the food is worth the minor inconveniences.

The burgers on a bun which can accommodate them are consistently big, juice, seasoned well seasoned. The burgers are always a 5+. The French fries, on the other hand are sometimes hot other times a bit soggy and room temperature. Only open for lunch, get there before 3p. If trying to order by phone 11-2 they are so busy that the phone may not get answered, be prepared to order in person and wait

Literally one of the best burgers ever! The burgers are huge! The buns are so soft and fresh. It is the perfect little spot with a friendly staff. They sell a lot more than burgers. I keep wanting to try different things but everytime I get there, I think about how good the burgers are lol.
