As a famous actor who is mostly known for my role on CRIMINAL MINDS I’ve traveled all over the world and big cities and small towns!this place made horrible chicken wings they were dry and the skin was tough,the pizza was just plain nasty!the dessert was just ugly and so are the staff,the managers are rude and unprofessional and disrespectful and when I tried to address my concerns they became verbally aggressive and extremely defensive which is the act of a guilty person!some guy named Simon said they didn’t do refunds or credits for unhappy customers,guess that’s why they have such a bad reputation in their neck of the woods!I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! horrible place &;staff & food!DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!

Tried this place tonight for the first time. It was great! We got a small pizza, fried pickle spears and the potato skins. All was very good. Pizza was excellent. I prefer pickles spears to chips so very happy with that. Skins were topped generously and cooked perfect. Definitely a go to spot for our family from now on!

2nd time and last time customer! Delivery took an hour and fifteen minutes. The ravioli was like eating dry rubber….wouldn’t even give it to the dog. The garlic bread was like saturated leather….again, not fit for a dog. When I called to complain about service and food all I got was “sorry you had a bad experience”. No offer of any kind to make it right or to improve a future order. So if you value your time and your taste buds, order elsewhere.

Unfortunately this is the first time I’ve ever given a review; and the whole situation was so poorly handled I couldn’t resist. To start- this message is the for the owner, Mr. Dom; and anyone else who considers ordering a pizza from this porely ran establishment. Ordered one large pizza for delivery to Tenova Hospital in Powell for my brother, who was spending the evening with our mother; where she is receiving treatment. After verifying they delivered there, I asked the owner to given the delivery person my number to call, “When they were leaving so I could have my brother waiting in the hospital lobby.” Apparently they were closing an hour early due to slow business, which I completely understand (given I have worked in the food industry for over 5 years) I also found out how impatient of a day it was when the delivery person called me 5 times within 3 minutes. Finally after returning to my phone, I called the number back and received backlash for not answering, during this time- 4 minutes had passed from the first call until I was able to return the call back. I understood- but then became angered because the delivery person was already at the location and searching for where the pizza was supposed to go. The establishment is 5+ miles from the hospital, which seemed impossible to make it there within the period they called (just to give myself and my story a little bit of credit) The owner, Dom, continues to bash me for not being next to my phone, and then explains that his wife is actually the one delivering the pizza (her business to, right?) After returning the ear chewing he was giving me, I was then told he he was cancelling the pizza. It clearly showed tonight that Mr. Dom was more worried about other things than making/delivering a pizza to my mother and brother. This was a first and will also be the last, good luck Mr. Dom! Your pizza was actually good!

I ordered the footlong BBQ sandwich. Most amazing BBQ sandwich I’ve ever had. Came on a toasted hoagie. My wife’s salad was huge and great. Our pizza was without a doubt one of the best pizza’s I’ve had in Knoxville. Prices were totally reasonable. Can’t wait to try more things from their full menu.

Ordered online through Halftime pizza who gets pizza from Papa Doms my bill was $40 said expected delivery time on 45min to 60 min after 2 hours I called to see what is going on, by hour 3 I finally got my delivery never once did I here an apology they didn’t offer to give me a refund or a coupon on my next order nothing just made excuses, and blamed me for the way I ordered, Very bad experience, lack of communication DON’T ORDER ONLINE IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN THIS PLACE. Pizza is greasy not very good at all, if looking for a good pizza place try Elitios they never mess up and always friendly way better pizza

It wasn’t that the food was bad but the service was the worst I have ever had. My mother placed an order at 8pm for delivery I called at 910 to find out what the problem was and was told it was the websites problem no apologize nothing was told it would be another 35 minutes that they just left with the food. At 1015 the car pulls up in our driveway the driver with a tank top on wouldn’t get out of the car to bring us the food and the passenger was talking on her cell phone waving at me to come to the car. So my husband went out in the rain got the food and still tipped them but we never got any apology for being very late, no discount nothing on top of it all food was cold. Will never order from them again.

Ordered for the first time. It was really good. Not greasy. Not expensive. Delivery time was less than expected and the food was really HOT. We have calzones, wings, fries and a hoagie and all were great!! I will definitely order from here again.

I order by placing a phone call not online and I’ve never had a problem. Fresh hot food delivered everytime. We normally get a giant pizza, a ham and cheese sub and some kind of bread sticks and its great everytime.
