Feels like home. Kinda like an Italian-style of “Cheers,” minus Woody Harrell and no Norm’s to my knowledge, but I’d bet a mailman or two plops down in a booth for a frequent visit. One of the Valley’s best family-owned/family-run little restaurants, where once you’ve tasted the generations-old recipes behind the hand-made pies and authentic dishes – and have been greeted with open arms even as a newbie – you’ll quickly add this under “Favorites” in your cell.

Had a nice lunch with a friend today. Nice booths, bar and friendly service. The $8.99 lunch specials must be best deal around. My friend had 2 large slices pizza and I had one of best BLT’s and fries. Drinks included.

Good pizza, nice vibe, nice folks. Something is a little weird with the crust – it’s uncharacteristically smooth and uniform in crumb, almost like processed white bread or something made with cake flour. It’s not bad, but not the rustic chewy crust you’d expect from a place like this. Overall, though, it’s not a strong enough deterrent to stop us from going when we want a good pie that’s cheaper than Antonio’s. Of all the places around that offer a 2 for 1 deal, this is definitely the highest quality of the bunch.

I love this place. The food is great, the service is great, they deliver and the owners are the best. I’ve tried a variety of different things on menu, all good and my family also agrees. I like to go in there and order takeout and play my favorite 80’s video game (Galaga) while I wait. Perfect small-town pizza shop/deli, they deserve our business!

Papa Georgie is our go-to pizza place for delivery, their pizza is great and reasonably priced so you won’t break the bank. I haven’t tried anything other than the pizza but I’m sure it’s good, the ingredients are good quality. They are consistent and delivery times are short.

I know lots of local places make pizza. But Papa George has the absolute best sauce and thin crust pizza I’ve ever had. I compare all other pizza to theirs. Amazingly good. I always get extra sauce. I can’t get enough of it. Great eat in, take out or deliver. Highly recommend.
