Bad attitude! Over priced. Tried ordering on line and couldn’t due to timing. Flippant answer when I asked about timing. They have coupons and offers for a reason because the pizza is so expensive. 2 small pizzas one plain and one Fenway $31 dollars. The kicker was it wasn’t even good. I’ve been eating at Papa gino’s for 40 plus years.

I ordered delivery – leave it at the door. Someone rings the doorbell (no big deal). I answer it, and some old guy opens his mouth and immediately complains because my house had a couple of stairs leading to the door (a house I rent, btw). No hi or good afternoon, just immediate complaints about doing his job. I don’t appreciate that, to begin with, and then he even forgets my drink. Awful service – hire people that at least don’t complain to the customer about doing their job.

Extremely rude customer service. I highly recommend not going here after a conversation I had on the phone with one of their staff today while trying to order. I ended up just letting them know I was going to order somewhere else due to the pervasive passive aggressive replies for absolutely no reason. I will never order from this Papa Gino’s ever again and I hope you don’t too.

Manager is a short heavy woman who hates her job. Horrible customer service. Food isnt the issue. Its the manager; the franchise owner needs to replace her. Visited to order in and it was nothing but attitude and being curt. Listened to her say ‘have a nice day’ to everyone on the way out except me as well – so she obviously is prejudistic.
