I actually had a really bad experience going in there the other night it was just about clothes. I felt bad for going in there really late but I was getting off work as well and I just wanted to have some thing for my family to eat. I had gone inside and there was also another gentleman coming in behind me for a pick up order and they haven’t made the pizza yet. The manager had the audacity to go next time just so you know we close at nine thanks and then just walks away.

I love This Papa Gino’s They’re food is delicious I live near the one in Dorchester on galvin Blvd and theyre Food is not that great I will never order from there again Ill always come back to This One and on top of the pizza being delicious here you get a great variety with it combined with D’Angelo So good Yuuuummmy!!!!

Always messes up the order, when they actually decide to answer the phone. Been on hold for over 15 minutes and now my coupon is expired. It’s always an issue here.

I called to place an order. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I drove to the store while on hold. The very snide assistant manager’s response was “well you could’ve ordered online you know”. As I am watching her, and 3 other employees standing around , she complained how shortstaffed they were, As an apparent excuse for leaving a customer on hold for 30 minutes. After all that, I still intended to order food, but she looked past me to the next customer and said can I help you. I have been told by a current employee that when it is within 45 minutes of closing time, they don’t answer the phone, and that my experience has put me on the “bad customer list”
