I ordered a pizza for delivery today and after 75 min I hadn’t received my pizza yet. I called to inquire about it and long story short I was told that my order was never placed and not in the system, then I was told my card declined and the person didn’t have time to call me and let me know. !!!??? Then they offered me to start my order over again and give me 10% off. This business has gone down hill! Used to be my favorite place to order pizza. The pizza is still good but how it’s made is where they’ve gone downhill. Poorly thrown together by employees is what it seems. I hate that this is happening at one of my favorite spots.

I just tried to order from Papa Joe’s in Napa. I received a call 20 minutes later from them saying that they don’t deliver to my apartment complex. When I asked why they said that they’ve had “too many bounced checks and they’re afraid for their drivers.”

So the food 90% of the time is amazing. But today went in the cashier was sitting there just talking away to the guy in front of us for about 10min, bragging about how he could hook him up. Then after taking so long with now a line forming, thinks it would be appropriate to take a selfie and exchange numbers with the guy. Service like this makes me never want me to come back no matter how good the food is.

We’ve been ordering from this place for decades even before I was born this is how my parents met this place is the reason I exist and I am happy to say that this place has improved I do believe my last review was about the Hawaiian pizza constantly getting onto the other side that had nothing to do with the Hawaiian pizza I believe it’s probably one of the newer workers that’s understandable as the older workers have more experience I humbly approved the five star rating honestly better than Domino’s Little Caesars or any other pizza place in town because you know this place is going to listen to the reviews and actually listen to the customers within reason this place has earned my respect and gratitude ( mainly if it wasn’t for this place my parents wouldnt have met and I would not exist) the pizza is good the sauce on the pizza is good the cheese is nice and even as always the crust absolutely delicious happily approved this review and is definitely worth the walk over there just to get a slice of their Pizza

Visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this place. We ordered delivery, on a Saturday night, and I accidentally botched the address. These guys went above and beyond to get the delivery to me in a timely fashion amid my gaffe. And the pizza was delicious! I recommend the garlic chic gourmet Za. Incredible.

Saturday night March 25TH 2023 My husband did an online order of their gourmet chicken ranch pizza along with an order of pizza bread. The delivery arrived at about 9:30 pm. My husband and i should’ve opened the box right away to check the order, but we were lounging in the hot tub and didn’t open the boxes until about 11;00 pm. Instead of one gourmet pizza and one pizza bread, it was two orders of pizza bread. We could not get ahold of them because they were closed by that time We called FIRST thing when they opened on the following Sunday and the manager who we spoke to was very rude and unhelpful. He was basically accusing us of lying and told us we needed to call the same day about a wrong order. When I explained to him that they were already closed by the time we opened the pizzas he told us that he could only give us a $10 credit! My husband then told him we wanted our pizza replace & he refused…mind you we have picture along with a time stamp! We order from them almost every weekend! What a complete disappointment! I understand that mistakes happen, but the way we were treated was unacceptable!

Normally I receive great food from Papa Joe’s, however, tonight my $52. dollar pizza was delivered cold, majorly overcooed, burnt and way too much red sauce. Additionally, my salad was shoved into a very small contaiiner with a large amount of onions and lettuce hanging out of the container. I cannot believe I was charged $52. Dollars for this horrible meal and feel I should be reimbursed. Higher prices with non-existent customer satisfaction and business owners could care less. How much longer should we take this before we decide to boycott those places that chose this type service.

So thankful for them, we always get pizza from here, our favorite! Today however they blew me away with their customer service! I ordered a pizza and my mistake I entered the wrong apartment number, when I realized it the Pizza had been delivered to the wrong place, even though it was my mistake, they graciously deliver another one to my kids at their sitters house!
