Was excited for a slice of pizza. Walked in and was no one in sight for a minute or two. I looked behind the counter, saw a young Caucasian kid gulping up food while making pizza. Then he shook his hand of food that he was scarfing into the pizza he was making. I believe he was eating cheese or something. I immediately walked out with disgust. This happened today at 7:45pm. No manager on site

Thought I’d order lunch from Papa John’s today, I placed my order beforehand because I know how busy it could be at times. I walked in to pick up my order after getting an alert saying it was ready. When I walked in I asked the lady who was working on my order & in the rudest tone she tells me that she was the only one working & she has 100 pizzas to make (not sure if she was over exaggerating) & to cancel my order because it’s going to take 45 minutes for her to start it. I understand that she was probably overwhelmed & not having a good day, but there was no need to be rude or have an attitude because you’re being overworked. I will not be returning to this location.. I was also told by a coworker that the last time she went in to pick up her food both employees were fist-fighting behind the counter & told her that her pizza was on the floor & she was never refunded.

I came in to get a slice a couple days ago it took them a while for someone to come and help us, there was one white lady with a green shirt who yelled at this little cute old man for asking why the price was and if there was a senior discount. She made him leave so i left aswell. Another thing i noticed is how the place looked dirty, the place where they cut pizza the peppers they would dig there hands in the whole bucket to grab ONE pepper! they would wipe there hands in there dirty aprons and no one would use gloves! overall it look really unsanitary in there.

The young ladies working last night did their best running the kitchen on a busy Friday night. I tipped and enjoyed my pizza. Definitely would choose papa John’s over dominos. Thanks for the great experience over the last couple weeks

you guys gave me the wrong order after i waited one and a half hours for TWO ITEMS, left me on hold for 30 minutes and i ended up having to walk all the way up there just for you to give me a cold pathetic pizza with no remake, no reimbursements, and no extras. i work at dominos and i know firsthand just how terrible that sort of service is. no wonder nobody wants to install your franchises around our area

Highly suggest going to the Dominos across the street. Wrong items, didnt season the breadsticks, forgot the sauces. Very young workers arguing behind the counter haha they were trying really hard but the food was just bad.
