I did call and place the order. The guy who answered was very polite. He repeated my order back to me as well as offer me an upgrade (bigger size)for an additional three dollars. When I got there, I walked in the door and there was no one at the front counter, no bell to ring to let someone know I was there. She hardly talked to me, didn’t even greet me. Then when I didn’t leave a tip, her demeanor changed. I paid and brought my order to the car. As I was leaving, the girl who was at the front counter was sitting outside, talking to a guy. I felt so uncomfortable that I will never return to this Papa John’s.

I feel bad to leave a bad review for the service as the people I talked to were helpful, but I could not get in contact with a manager to order tax-free. On the phone on hold for over an hour, waiting, finally give up. Whatever, it’s late at night, maybe the manager is out. Call back the next morning, but I have a job so I can’t wait too long. 10-15 minutes, no luck. Talk to a regular employee, twice. Each one transfers me, on hold for a little, then the call ends. Had to go to Domino’s.

Ramen was here alone and got my order perfect made my food delicious maintained clean standards. Like he didn’t use the same gloves for everything constantly changing gloves. Took care of all the customers and Uber eats. I don’t even know how. He has been doing it for 22 years.
